Mazda Corral Planned For Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
Rick Weldon and gang are putting together another Miata's At Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for 2010. The dates are April 10 & 11. The event will be similar to the 2009 event, but with even more activities (a Miata car show and a Friday night pre-event BBQ... maybe more). As with 2009, there will be a couple of different levels of participation. Just hanging out as a "Visitor" will be free. Upgrading to the $35.00 "Participant" level gets you access to the Parade Laps, the BBQ and Group Photo. And, of course, there is the "Driver" level which gets you onto the track for hot laps.

Registration opens on January 1.
This is Miata-only event and had a huge turnout last year. I expect the turnout to be even bigger this year! Even if you are just visiting or signed up as a participant, there is lots of fun to be had just hanging out with other Miata enthusiasts. There will be some vendors, plus lots of Miata's to check out.

Miata Club - Float, camp, drive
Meet: 1:00, Friday, April 23, Saturday, return Sunday, April 25.
We will meet at the US Express / Exxon (Cabot-Heber Springs HWY 5 Exit 16B) -
Destination - Hardy, Arkansas.
We will arrive in plenty of time for tent set up/hotel check in before a hardy campfire dinner.
See the Registration in the newsletter, also on the website and sent through email. We need the registration returned by April 5, 2010, please.
All meals will be group meals, there will be a drive planned for the land lovers while the float enthusiast will be canoeing/rafting. Hotel numbers are provided in the Registration form.

If you know of anyone else that would like to go, please pass this information and the registration along. It is not necessary to bring your Miata (or be a miata owner/club member), if you have a support vehicle that is better equipped to camp, haul stuff, that is fine, bring it along.
Meals are detailed in the registration form, breakfast drinks are provided with meal cost, HOWEVER, you need to bring your own water and other beverages, if floating, CANS only, NO glass. Be sure to bring your chairs. (if anyone has a Mr. Coffee or some sort of coffee pot, they could bring, please call me, I need an extra coffee pot (we have electricity.)

MDC 2008 was such a great event and the Lowcountry Miata Club enjoyed meeting all our new friends from all over the US! Our event sold out in an unprecedented ** 20 ** days!
