Tentative events planned:
Saturday drive to the Inn leaves Oceanside at
7 am. Saturday evening we will be going to the Hearst Castle night tour
Sunday morning will be the Morro Bay Car Show
Sunday afternoon we will have two options for driving.
1. Bruce and Debbye
Lewis will lead a Wine Country tour.
2. We will have a fun run in the great roads of the area.
Sunday evening both runs will end up at a place to eat. Last year was Big Bad Bubba's BBQ. Then we will return to the Madonna Inn for our room hopping.
Monday will be a drive home that includes a stop in Solvang for brunch.
These are the tentative plans, however everyone is free to venture out on their own. There is a lot to see and do.
To join the Search, logon to The Madonna Inn website at www.madonnainn.com and go to the 109 Unique Rooms page and browse. Select your three favorite rooms (some may already be reserved), then call the Madonna Inn and ask for Group reservations. Currently Barbara is recovering from knee surgery so Amy is helping us. Be sure to mention the Miata Club and that will get you a $50 discount on Sunday. Then email me at swaid@cox.net or call (760) 432-0727 with your room name and number. You will be placed on the Search email group. Then sit back and wait.
By the way...don't bother trying to get the Love Nest. http://www.madonnainn.com/tour/183.asp . Two love birds have already reserved that one.

Special note: the Puget sound Miata Club will have some Miata's joining us from up North so make sure you welcome them to sunny California while they are here.
