DESCRIPTION:  Come celebrate the return of spring with a romp through the San Gabriel Mountains – from Sunland, to Santa Clarita, to Palmdale, to the Antelope Valley; you guess the roads (hint: no freeways) – on our way to our ultimate destination, an afternoon at the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve.  Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the early spring flowers with your fellow Miata enthusiasts. 

DIRECTIONS:  Take the 210 freeway toward Sunland.  Exit the freeway at Sunland Blvd and head east (from the north, turn left, go under the freeway; from the south, turn right).  Cross Foothill Blvd (approximately .3 to .6 miles).  The park will be on your left.  Turn left at Sherman Grove Avenue and follow it around the park to Fenwick Street, and turn left.  Look for the Miatas in the parking lot of the park.
