DESCRIPTION: This is the 6th (7th?) Annual Fall Back Run & Food Drive, and again we're going to do a "Figure 8" by starting, resting, and ending at Mazda's North American headquarters. This makes a perfect "flip" to Dave Rasmussen's Pin-Apple Run & Food Drive, which starts in one place and ends somewhere else. The run will be a casual drive along some of Orange County's coolest roads. The total run time, including bathroom breaks is around 3 hours. This is a very passenger-friendly run and (despite my ricer... oops racer tendencies) will go at a slower pace. The goal here is to enjoy the scenery and to cruise "OC style." While the Pine-Apple Run will be in the mountains, the Fall Back Run sticks to the canyons and coast. After the run, anyone interested in an early dinner can head over to the Irvine Spectrum. The run will end around 4:00pm. As an added bonus, everyone who comes to the Fall Back Run will get a special gift from me!
DIRECTIONS: Take the 5 freeway south to Alton Parkway. This will dump you off onto Enterprise. Stay to your right and turn right onto Enterprise. Then, turn left onto Alton Parkway. At the first light (Gateway), turn right. Look for all the pretty Miata's!
