From 405 S, exit at Studebaker, making a right onto Studebaker Road at the end
of the ramp. After 2 miles, at the end of Studebaker, turn right onto
Westminster. Pass PCH, making a left at the next light, Marina Drive. Joe's is
on the right side of the street, after about 0.3 miles.
From 405 N, take the ramp for 22 W/ 7th St. Bear
right for Studebaker exit, turning left onto Studebaker. At the end of
Studebaker, turn right onto Westminster. Pass PCH, making a left at the next
light, Marina Drive. Joe's is on the right side of the street, after about 0.3
miles.
